Stacey Bruce
Stacey is a region leader for the small/speciality segment of Westfield's Agribusiness Division which is based out of Westfield Center, Ohio, the corporate headquarters of Westfield Insurance.
Prior to joining the Agribusiness Division a month ago, Stacey worked as a Learning Services Manager for Westfield University creating technical learning plans and programs, relationship management and customer service across the P & C operation. Prior to her time in Learning, Stacey was the IT Service Desk Manager responsible for the agency and employee help desks. Stacey has been with Westfield Insurance for over 16 years with many years in Claims and Information Technology. She is a graduate of Hope College and majored in Business Administration and International Business.
Stacey looks forward to learning more about farm and agribusiness and her focus area of small and speciality agribusiness accounts.
Lisa Rankin
Lisa is a farm and commercial agribusiness underwriter; she is located in Westfield Center Ohio and is currently in the Graduate Development Program.
Lisa is a graduate of Penn State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management and International Agriculture. She specialized in agricultural economics and renewable resources.
She has been fortunate to explore the diversity of agriculture and looks forward to what the future will bring. Her enthusiasm for agriculture was fueled at a young age by her experiences growing up on her family farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Carrie Busic
Carrie is the regional underwriting manager for the Central Region of Westfield's AgriBusiness Division, a regional insurance company that operates in 19 states and is based in Northeast Ohio. She is based out of Westfield Center, Ohio, the corporate headquarters of Westfield Group.
Prior to joining the Westfield AgriBusiness Division two years ago, Carrie led multiple regions in the company's small commercial lines segment. She has also served as an underwriter and marketing manager for Ohio territories. She holds a designation as a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and is currently working toward earning both her CRM (Certified Risk Manager) and AFIS (Agriculture and Farm Insurance Specialist) designations. She is a graduate of The University of Akron and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing management and sales management.
Carrie focuses on the importance of understanding coverage options and preventing unnecessary losses.
Craig Welsh
Craig is the AgriBusiness Division leader at Westfield Insurance. He oversees Westfield’s agribusiness operation that focuses on insuring all segments of agriculture (farming, and agribusiness customers) in all 19 active states.
Craig has worked in a variety of underwriting and management functions during the past 16 years with Westfield. He has received designations as both a CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter) and AFIS (Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialists). He has an undergraduate degree in economics and political science from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a master’s degree in insurance management from Boston University Metropolitan College.
Craig focuses on trends in agriculture and how they impact risk management and insurance considerations.
Josh Lauth
Joshua Lauth is an AgriBusiness Field Manager for the Eastern Region of Westfield’s AgriBusiness Division. He works out of the Charlotte, North Carolina, service office, where he works directly with independent agents, brokers, and insureds in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Josh is a graduate from The Ohio State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. He holds insurance designations as both an AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) and an AFIS (Agriculture Farm Insurance Specialist). He is currently working towards his CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter).
In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is also an avid fisherman and loves outdoor adventures.
